I like your American football analogy and I agree with Medivir "carrying the ball". But that doesn't translate to ensuring Medivir pays stakeholders when they score a TD on 4th and goal. This is a heck of a lot of money and my point is very simple: WHO IS PROTECTING STAKEHOLDERS INTERESTS?
What's better for Medivir, paying out one billion in milestone and royalty payments or paying out $100million?
So as shareholders, should be just stand by and accept what ever Medivir comes back to us with? I should think not!
