That room was shown on the FITX Long website years ago and when I asked everyone played stupid like they didn't know what the room was or if it was related to the studio location. Then about 6 months ago Billy boy posted some pump photos with the LED guys in the same room. So now we know there was a amateur hour grow room and I think this is why HC told Bill they would only allow him 100KG per year from the size of that room.

What's even funnier here is that IF Bill took that HC offer for 100KG they would easily have expanded the rooms and be part of ACMPR now but seems greed won.
