Looks like Chromadex/Li Ka-Shing/Frost had enough. This $200 mill suit covers it all including the coup attempt ie: SA short hit piece,purloining of employee's, huge order with no payment,Etc

Also looks like they will be strongly questioning the implied endorsement of the Nobel Prize winners..Guarante's involvement....discovery bound to be very,very interesting
