How is it a "no brainer"?!

They don't have the Marley name.

There may be over 1 billion shares outstanding.

They're almost a year behind in filing financial reports.

They owe over $3 million and are valued at under $50K.

We have no idea about assets, debt, employees, etc.

How exactly do you think this is a "no brainer"?!
