I can't speak for others, but I'm getting rather frustrated as to Medivir's lack of communication regarding the Tetralogic asset purchase agreement. Medivir appears to have taken the position that updates pertaining to the TLOG asset purchase agreement will only be through MVIR-B stock SEC filings. Considering the amount of money associated with the APA, I intend to seek subject matter expertise regarding the matter. I hold to large of a position for MVIR management to potentially discount their fiduciary responsibilities as related to our potential milestone and royalty payments.

Not implying any wrong doing but just as MVIR protects their financial interests, in my opinion it's time for TLOG stakeholders to protect theirs.
