You are correct. Looking at the latest 10q they are almost 2 million in negative shareholder equity. So if they could actually sell assets they are still worth zero to shareholders. Problem is a vast majority of their assets are Goodwill of 7.9 million. That is really probably worth zero. No one is going to refinance a company losing money every quarter on declining revenues.
