I dont know about a definite "no" for RS...he said "no intention of an RS".

Just like last weekend, I had no "intention" of drinking almost entire bottle of vodka but I'll be damned if I woke up in my outdoor hammock covered in mosquito bites the next morning.

All Im saying is he is keeping that door open by tactfully and strategically using phrases like "no intention of..." to cover his rear if it ever does happen.
