LOL...shareholder FOOLS voted for that massive dilution,yet NOW they would want to sue?? There's no shareholder lawsuit here that would hold water for a second.

They were WARNED and WARNED not to vote yes to turn this into a 10 billion share SHAM but they did anyway and now we have what we have.
