Who the neighbors of AmpliTech are:
If you check the map, or best yet walk thru the area (esp. late evening), at Johnson/Carlough Rd. junction, you'll discover:
A stripclub ("Temptation"), US Marines recruitment, a strange Church under siege by homeless (in daytime), a stenchy bagels factory, shoddy & abandoned buildings, construction, diesel truck parking, etc.
However the bldg. AmpliTech moved in on Johnson ave. from their previous Carlough Rd. is nicely surviving, good looking corporate place. One problem though, claimed as "theirs" it's actually 2/3 or 3/4 not AmpliTech. There're gymnastics, yoga classes, lame "electronics" repair shop, big cellcom antenna spreading cancer, various automotuve shops. But surely, the photo of dark angled windows looks picture-perfect, BIG SIZE. There's almost one engineer there, simetimes half or none.
