So would everyone who's purchased this ticker over the past year based on paid promotions. It would have to lose a zero and go all the way past $.40 for some.

And that's just this past year. Consider all the shareholders who have been stuck here from years past?

This ticker has been the darling of someone who has paid for promotions for many years. I sure wish the SEC were in a position to put a stop to it.
