In most cases that is due to the same MM listing stocks both on the ASK and OFFER. Selling shares they already purchased below retail at 00001, 000001, etc... While also seeking to sell stocks at 0001 making sometimes many 1000% in profit. Unfortunately that game is reserved for MMs, not retail traders. GLTY
