Anytime I read about “No-Dilution” or Shorty on an OTC sub-penny stock like CNXS, it’s a red flag. The claim of “OTC Shorty” is typical on these share selling schemes - unfortunately it is the company/management/toxic funders dumping - it has nothing to do with shorts.
