Completely correct. If a serious long wants to dump millions of shares at any cost immediately, it’ll trash the share price.

If Brian kills himself, it’ll be a similar effect.

If commercial electrical work suddenly goes away, then the price would also tank.

If Brian were to raise the A/S and dilute again, that would do the same.

Other bad scenarios:

Alien invasion.
World War 3.
Another 4 years of Trump.
