Nice catch Trades. It's too bad every investor who bought shares today is in the negative. Opened at $12.80 and closed at the low of the day $11.32. I think that Jim has a different franchising model in mind than Andrew. One of the main reasons for the FAT mini-IPO was to purchase Homestyle Dining LLC, (the parent company of Bonanza Steakhouse/Ponderosa Steakhouse). They are more into acquisitions.

Hopefully, the information will come out soon to have interested individuals sign up for franchises.
