NEWC was delisted due to lack of filing the financials. The CEO of the company is continuing with the company and moving forward with the mining approvals and hopes to have the stock trading again by the end of the year with a new stock symbol. The current owners of the stock will have the same shares they had when it was NEWC but with a new symbol if and when it starts trading again.
