It is good to see the $55,000 annual compensation for Bamforth's BOD seat. That means all new BOD members will be at that level. I think he is qualified and independent This is what shareholders have been asking for, and hopefully it signals the complete departure of the old regime. Shareholders deserve new blood on the BOD, members that will only be aligned with the company and not to any third party....either directly or indirectly. We deserve board members that will come in and review all of the documents and past dealings with BP's and researchers before making any decision that have long term consequences. No one can logically make a decision about the future of any part of Peregrine without exposure to all of the facts....both public and non public....about Avid, Bavi and Exosomes. To do so without all the pertinent information is no more than guesswork. GLTA
