The problem is that the government keeps eating up all the profit and the taxpayer is the one supporting it without any say. That in itself is unconstitutional and yes we do have a vhoice to drop these shares but alot of us are stuck with this governed taking. The plan will stay as it has all along with FHFA staying in control which is not a bad thing except the government controls them and obviously will not let the cows loose unless they have too. One of these court cases I believe will have to prevail, it may even be done this way as congress may not want the spotlight anymore on this issue. Just an opinion
