Did they really just say basically its only the preferreds that will come out of this?


Cowen analyst Jaret Seiberg adds that “legislation could provide 
a mechanism for existing shareholders – especially preferred shareholders 
– to recognize some value as part of a deal to recapitalize the entities. 
We do not believe it has to result in those shareholders losing all value.
