Ceo James Tilton acquired company in first quarter 2016 and then only started making fillings currend.
To start a new Business and to implement the business planning
takes a long time.

When the fillings were currend in the first quarter of 2017,
you can see the pps reaction on the charts.

I also think that in 2017 a lot of money went to the BTcoin
because many stocks lagging in comparison with 2016

Look at that charts at onci and you see the same picture of a new Ceo with new business plan in 2016 and only in 2017 you'll see a pps response
