And also future uncertainty. However, it is much more likely that the socalled dilution issue is false and future uncertainty is a given with startup emerginng companies. IMO, the current stock price is a good entry point.

Keep in mind that there are parties out there that have shorted this stock in a HUGE HUGE way in order to hedge their positions (convertible note holders) and to play on the fears of common shareholders. This is standard operating procedure.

Very very likely we will get major positive news this week.
