One thing to keep in mind is that the shareholder call will likely be pretty non-committal...they are unlikely to unveil 'material events' during such a call, as it would make more sense to do a press release if there is something to announce.

I suspect it is basically being done to expose the projected business plan since there have been such wild speculations about it.

The ONE question I would like to see answered is whether those projected revenues though the MAP agreements are a percentage of gross profit, or gross revenue. I am certain I know the answer, but I think it would be helpful to have that answer, because of such wild speculations about the potential revenue due BVTK as a result of these agreements.
