West Palm Beach, FL, Oct. 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iTeknik Holding Corporation (OTC PINK:ITKH) announced today that is has been in acquisition/merger discussions with TransMedia, LLC., headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. iTeknik also announced that it had engaged TransMedia to conduct a public relations project in order to increase the awareness of iTeknik in the investor community.

Fred Wicks, Chairman and CEO of iTeknik stated, “TransMedia is truly an international firm that has conducted media campaigns around the world. We are very impressed with CEO Tom Madden’s team.
