I dont like illegal activities and I dont like manipulation, under any circumstance. I agree they are building value here on the back of the new drug. That being said, I have two major concerns. First and foremost is the management team. They have been here for too long and have given shareholders nothing in the way of value. If you look at this security/company over the last 5 years, it is a trainwreck. Second is/are the warrants. Given the previously mentioned trainwreck, they have a huge amount of dilutive warrants. While many have been/are being converted during this run up, it has led to some major diluton and a float that has likely come close to doubling. In short, they have a long way to go before this drug is approved and management team burn cash like it is going out of style....all the while paying themselves like they are executing flawlessly....which is just not the case, far from it.

Replace management - eliminate warrants, I am in to the toon of 250K plus...but given current situation, I sit on the sidelines...
