its a lending company Coz. I don't remember the name, but I think it was posted or in some filings. Figure it out if that's your current mission. Knock yourself out.

I also think I remember it was quite old debt, maybe even before current CEO, but not sure.

A PR or shareholder update was given several months back. It mentioned a lot of the catalysts we are seeing now, as well as the fact that a small amount of dilution may be necessary in the future. That's what was happening last week, and not unexpected. Hopefully done now or soon, cuz this ticker is ready to get back to her solid penny and a half base +++++++ as we move forward
