I'm sure managment knows the typical OTC stocks are share printing machines. Reverse rinse and repeat. Not a big fan of increasing the AS for any reason but willing to stay for a while to see if progress is being made. Don't they hold prefered for controlling interest and a ton of cheap commons. Return the cheap commons to the company and use them.
If the company is going to be successful they won't need them.
