Obviously, in the "follow the money" thought process, the "machine" that facilitates all the ripping off of shareholders & patent holders, includes, as we now can see being revealed, the SEC, FINRA, USPTO, PTAB, judges, etc, thus we see a many tentacled monster, sucking dry shareholder enmasse, as well as many patent holders. Obviously it has been fully designed and orchestrated this way, and not surprisingly. I therefore posit that congressional hearings, a special procecutor & ultimately the SCOTUS, is the only way toward resolve.
