That's great. If I were to start a new business, I would do the same thing. Saves the Company a lot of money IMO. Once the Company really grows, $20M per quarter may be even earlier, we lease a new office. Fixed cost could really dent the margin when business is at an early phase. So that's great on his part.

Audit is not in Roger's hands. The audit is performed by an independent party and therefore, it could take longer than anticipated. Nothing new there. I have worked with the biggest accounting firms as an auditor in the last. Happens all the time. And Completing three years of audit is not an easy task.
