As a test, anyone who has done DD with USAID directly might want to ask the same agency about Chemonics (making sure to SPELL THE NAME CORRECTLY!). If the Chemonics inquiry returns no results then it is safe to assume that the inquiries are somehow flawed. Chemonics has been involved with USAID grants for many years and have voluminous subcontractors other than GEGI/Cacique Mining.
