NOPE. The MMEX board is a forum about INFORMATION on a stock and its underlying business.

Now why would any investor NOT want as much information as they can get on an investment.

MMEX is claiming to be building a refinery. Any information that supports that claim or disputes it with facts is extremely valuable information. Odd that anyone would not want that information for all to read.
