Then again....nobody cares about those because it is a Nevada corporation filed with the state of Nevada. They OFFICIALLY changed the Articles of incorporation with the State of Nevada to make this A/S increase. NOBODY overrules the official company filings.

They published a press release right after they decided to change the AS. Didn't you see the disclosure in it about the A/S increase???

LMAO at this scam.
