Let's do some Math...Say in a year the stock is trading at .20 and the Series E shares are available for conversion...

First let's discount the .20 common by 20% (- .04) = .16

Now divide $5.00 by .16 = 31.25 shares

Now multiply 31.25 shares by 2,800,000 Series E shares = 87,500,000 common...

*************

Should the stock at the one year conversion be trading at .10 then the 2,800,000 Series E shares would convert to 175.000.000 common...assuming full subscription...
