Kate has a previous habit of improperly issuing immediate free trading shares instead of restricted shares in the past (hence why the shs looks are deceiving). I see it being entirely plausible that insiders have plenty of shares that they have held all this time to dump when the pps rose. Why else would a stock with 1B OS trade so thinly (resembling like a < 100m OS) for awhile then...BAM..drop like a rock with ask walls forming?
