Let me help.


Refineries just don't appear from nothing. Believe me, it's true.

It's not like mmex just bought land and a refinery will pop into existence tomorrow.

It requires phases.

Phase 1 is building a CDU to help generate cash flow.

That cash flow will allow for the build of Phase 2.

Refineries are built in stages. Mmex investors know that.
