Let me help you. The phase 1 process will break the Permian feedstock into 3 main components. These three components can be shipped to any refiner who will take the product and further refine it into other useful components.

You are correct that other refineries exist in Texas. I will not argue with you that Texas has refineries.

Where that logic fails is the assumption that no one will buy Naphtha, diesel, and bottoms. I'm sure this is not the case, and it is a current fantasy to think otherwise
