What should he have done differently?
If Potts didn’t invest how could the company defend against Currah’s lawsuits? What happens to shareholder then?
There is nothing I want to know about the company that I haven’t already picked up the phone and asked about.
Again I might be wrong sticking with this project and Dan but from my conversations with him I have no concern that he is trying to do what he can to fix the mess and find some value for shareholders for which he is one.
I am also unaware of anyone else offering to do the job instead of Dan or any offers that were superior to Potts?
Currah will talk about a deal with Lithium. I asked about that and Dan explained that these fellow were supposed to join the board as part of the plans to list Nio-Star on the Canadian Stock Exchange in 2015. However when they learned about what had taken place under the Keevil and Currah management years they were unwilling to join the board or associate themselves directly with the company due to the plethora of liabilities that were created another opportunity that Currah and Keevil ruined for shareholders.
