The concern I have is my ability to vote my shares. If they are loaned out - and my shares are in a marginal account but I am not using any margin - then I cannot vote them. Last year, leading up to the ASM, I was given the proxy vote pin to the control number affiliated with my accounts - but nowhere, absolutely nowhere, was I given the number of shares I was voting. When I called CS to ask how many shares I was voting, they literally looked up the number of shares in my accounts and told me that was what I was voting. I told them I could add up the number of shares in my account too. I wanted to see it on my vote. And after much discussion, them telling me that no one had ever asked this before, and going deeper up the line to those the legal department, and then to the outside group that handled the vote, they literally could not give me that.

I also had another two smaller ROTH accounts with UBS - so non-marginable - and I never even received the vote from them for those NWBO shares.

I found all of that odd.
