That’s what I got from it as well. I believe March 2018 was the extension date. So based on the other info provided regarding high times delinquency for listing.
How long would it take to compile initial NASDAQ listing requirements?
Does that mean if OACQ Is suspended from Nasdaq, they are required to make material events public?
Essentially, closing the curtain until March so everything can be consolidated, finalized and delivered to the media?
Pure spec but I’m just looking for reasons on how this benefits them potentially.
