Do you know if relevant oil pipelines existing around the Megiddo-Jezreel #1 well site?

My understanding is that the Jezreel Valley has no existing pipeline infrastructure, and so any oil discovery by Zion would be require the build-out of a dedicated oil pipeline. This could cost $100s of millions, depending on the length, capacity, not to mention years of delays in seeking environmental approvals, and other risk studies related to such a build. Alternatively Zion might be able to find a mid-stream company willing to invest in such infrastructure under a tolling agreement - but the find would have to be truly world-class.

Any insights into nearby pipelines in the Jezreel Valley, where Zion is drilling, would be appreciated as the bull-case presented by most of the participants on iHub rests on not only finding oil but bringing this to market quickly (i.e. before 2020), and profitably, in a $50/bbl oil environment.
