I'm not a brain surgeon, but I do design rockets. See that rocket from March 1st? And that was with the same market maker VNDM diluting. So yes, even with dilution going on, penny stocks still jump multiples. Timing it is, and always will be, the most difficult part.

Also, contrary to this being your "first" post, the way you worded this type of introduction of yours to the website lets us know you've already been around this block many times, so what exactly is the reason for creating a new account? I don't get it.
