Dan is a doofus. He gave away the gold property in Shining Tree and now he is giving away up to 51% of the crown jewel of the company for only 250K.

Dan is an underhanded operator. He refuses to follow his responsibility to disclose and the Pootsie deal for the 250K was done without shareholder approval and the underhanded little creep won't even disclose how Pootsie can steal the 51%.

Dan is just plain bad news.
