...this article is not exactly helping your cause...

"The effort to reduce nicotine in cigarettes is part of a comprehensive plan by the regulatory agency to get people to stop smoking. The agency hopes to persuade people to use alternative products, such as vapes, that are potentially less harmful."

and you wonder why the market is not reacting favorably?

"Heat" and "Vaping" alternatives do no appear to affect others in proximity which occurs during Smoking process ("Burn"), nor, and more importantly, do they involve inhaling the carcinogenic elements in tobacco still ingested inhaling smoke during the "Burning and inhaling" of VLN tobacco smoke.

While the negative effects of Heat and Vaping are still unknown...the FDA appears to be more anxious to promote the VLN unknown (alternatives) over the known lethal results of smoking... Pushing VLN (even reluctantly "Burn") is likely the FDA's "compromise" to the gradual, but eventual banning of all "burn" smoking.

So if you are BT...do you jump on the VLN cigarette band wagon...or accept the inevitable...and just move on and put all efforts into the alternatives?

...and the stock's inability to get up from the mat ($2.66 close) after $2.68 offering is a strong indication that a significant number of participants in the recent offering are front selling it...as protection...and not intending to be long term holders.
It is all about annualized return on investment for those entities.. ...picking up $.30 in a month on $2.68 annualized looks terrific to their investors...

That of course could mean investors don't see $3.00-$3.50 range until those participants are finished selling, unless BT miraculously steps in to participate in the XXII's technology.
