I am not quite sure about this, but while I was there at the open house, everyone I talked to seems to give the impression that orders have been possibly received. This could be different than contracts. Orders versus contracts. For example, a company can receive an order for x number of parts of a particular set of specification. The company can fill that order within it's ability and timeframe. A contract, on the other hand, would include not only product specifications, but also timeframes, deadlines, payment schedules, length of contracts, etc.
