I'm glad Bishop said that lawyers are involved. They are tricky snakes. I bet this will get resolved. At least Bishop is moving forward and not closing the doors. There is hope really. If he sells the shell then someone will buy it and it will run on another RM. Either way someone who holds the amlh notes will make sure to keep this one alive so they can sell the notes down the road. It's a win win. Research shell and notes. Some great stuff there.
