NM, LLC was also assigned the NeoMedia trademark which they let expire (this surprises me):

I also checked to see if there was an assignment. YA Global still has a security assignment, but it shows that NeoMedia had not filed for a trademark on 'NeoMedia' until they consolidated the loans. They filed for a trademark only to immediately assign to YA.

Now anyone can go trademark 'NeoMedia Technologies' and 1) say they own NeoMedia, 2) they can NM, LLC from using 'NeoMedia Technologies.' The rich irony of trademark trolling a patent troll!
