I respect each and every point of view on this board and I am also aware that a decision in Zion's future will not be made on any message board. As I mentioned before I love how Zion was formed in the early 2000's and have been invested for nearly that long. However, one more time I will try to make my case why a merger not partnership makes the most sense. Most of us invested in Zion believe that the Bible should be taken literally and are aware of Iran and Russia's position next door in Syria. Israel could use this OIL NOW. I've lived in Louisiana all of my life, the oil fields are what has kept our state alive for the past century and I have 2 brothers that have been in oil production each for over thirty years. Now with all due respect I must say that some of you believe that if Zion announces a major discovery things will become great over night. That's not the way it works. Yes even with a major discovery the stock will rise somewhat but would quickly retreat if the game plan would be for warrant program after warrant program which would be necessary to finally bring a new oil field into development. Again, management will decide this not us but respectfully I submit to some of you that as Zion currently has to operate even a huge discovery would take years to materialize. God granted Genie Energy that Golan discovery and in a merger Zion's shareholders would reap that reward also one day soon but could start producing this field much much quicker. Though it's ultimately not us to decide without any doubt and without any disrespect to anyone else I feel in my heart that this is the way to proceed. Again, I'm not suggesting a sell out, a partnership but a one for one merger. With a huge discovery Zion will have what Genie Energy needs right now and Genie can offer exactly what Zion needs. Who wins immediately and in the longer term, Israel, Zion and its shareholders and Genie Energy and its shareholders. Otherwise, we will be happy for a short while but the snails pace of the warrants program will take forever to develop this field. Again, they will decide not us!
