Connecting some dots...UNVC is going to move fast IMO...

I think there are actually three parties involved here:
* UNVC - CEO Dalton, a well experienced pharmacist and business man, was VP OF Rite Aid
* Agrimed - medical marijuana grower who has one of only 12 permits to grow in PA and needs to be in operation by end-2017
* Solevo Wellness - a medical marijuana dispensary that is just ramping up and is advertising they are hiring.

Both Agrimed and Solevo are hiring now to try and get up and running before the end of the year. In fact based on the article below, Agrimed has to be in operation by end 2017 based on what I gleaned from the article.

It would be a great trifecta, in my opinion, if the grow facility and treatment/dispensary centers were all under the UNVC umbrella with Dalton at the helm. Having the ability to grow your own medical marijuana and then dispense it would cut costs considerably and give higher margins.

My guess is that UNVC waking up here is just the tip of the iceberg and we will start to see a lot more in the way of filings in the coming days/weeks. Dalton is no slouch and seems to have an agenda that I think is going to compete with the likes of CVS and Rite Aid. Right now, neither of those companies seem to focus on marijuana. It will be interesting to see what he builds. He certainly seems to know how the industry works based on his high position at Rite Aid.
