FRFS CHART REVERSAL>>>>>>https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/FRFS/interactive-chart

Notice FRFS pps peaked @ .0777 before perfectly fib retracing back to .031 which comes out to a 60% retrace. It makes great sense that the chart has now reset itself off that Fib Retrace of the .031 area which has been a huge support level every time the chart has tested it.

Notice in the chart there is an upper and lower bollie. After the dramatic increase in pps FRFS was trading way outside that upper bollie, notice now on the retrace we came back under that upper bollie which is when the next leg up started as of yesterday and we are now in position to ride the upper bollie as we move up the chart.

The next indicator is the Accumulation line which many traders confuse themselves when interpreting this indicator. A high positive multiplier combined with high volume shows strong buying pressure that pushes the indicator higher. Conversely, a low negative number combined with high volume reflects strong selling pressure that pushes the indicator lower. A downtrend in prices with an uptrend in the Accumulation Distribution Line indicate underlying buying pressure (accumulation) that could foreshadow a bullish reversal in prices. Here with FRFS you can clearly see that the accumulation spiked and has started to reverse itself yesterday.

The ADX (-14) Indicator is only @ 40 right now, this is the strongest momentum indicator in al of TA. We haven't seen anything yet, wait till we cross 50, I have seen that number get as high as 85-90.

You can see the RSI has rest @ 69 and is starting to curl back up.

Lastly we have the MACD which shows no indication of this huge move slowing down.

Anyhow this post was to show you folks that technicals have now reset which is why we have started the next leg up as of Yesterday.

I know many of you say that Fundamentals here are going to outweigh TA and I tend to agree with you but charts still have a funny way of being reliable almost all the time.

FRFS!
