the proposed reverse split was rejected by the shareholders at the annual meeting after the company attempted to get it passed 3 times and failed and Mr. Chu complained that the BOD was meddling with the voting to try to pass the proposal by delaying the voting 3 times in an attempt to pass the measure.

there are NO reverse splits approved since it was rejected and voted out
