I agree. And since you create it yourself, you know exactly what it is. It's the sensible thing to do. The only appeal of a reverse merger is that it's faster, or at least appears to be. But some reverse merger companies end up waiting forever for name and ticker changes or the like. Others discover nasty skeletons In their shell's closet. Or both.

Quicker isn't always better. In fact, it usually isn't.
