When doing some DD on the PLHS Life, LLC acquisition - I found a few interesting items.


Here is part of press release: "One such product is MollyJane, an herbal mood enhancer.  They also have a full line of CBD infused cosmetic products, energy shots, creamers and coconut oil.  CannaKoKo, Herbalogix, CannaKoffee are but few of their brands.  Distribution deals are being structured that will allow PLHSLife to expand very rapidly."

Herbalogix looked like a interesting place to start.

One thing I noticed is that the website is selling Kratom. The DEA was looking to make it schedule I but recently withdrew.

I then went to the California SOS and looked up Herbalogix. I found Herbalogix, LLC:

The managing member is Marshal Pettorini. The other member is Luke Pettorini - I don't see Michelle Kelley on any documents.

Then the press release talked about MollyJane: "One such product is MollyJane, an herbal mood enhancer"
